Shipment

Ecolignum provides you with durable and long-lasting products of the highest material and manufacturing quality. Our employees carefully inspect the products for external damage before they leave our dispatch department. We hand over the packages to our logistics partner in perfect condition. Please check the packaging or the item for any damage upon receipt. If the packages show visible damage or tears, you should indicate this on the delivery note or shipping computer when you countersign. If you have any reason to complain or are not satisfied, please contact us. Delivery within Germany is free of charge on working days between 8:00 and 16:00 o'clock, and is made to the first door. Our shipping partner GEL also offers 2-MAN HANDLING for an additional fee (€59.90) within Germany. With this service, the packages will be carried into the apartment / flat or house. Shipping in Europe is only on the mainland. We can ship to European and German islands at an additional cost.

Payment Options

You can pay securely and free of charge in Ecolignum's online shop. Your personal data is encrypted before it is transmitted and cannot be accessed or read by outsiders. Your orders and personal data (e.g. name, address and credit card details) are protected by our partner through modern security systems. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer this data. This is a security standard that is supported by all internet and mobile browsers.

 

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Credit card data are not stored by Ecolignum as a matter of principle, nor by our external payment partner (STRIPE). In addition to the card number, date of expiry and credit card company, we also need your credit card’s security code. The security code is a three- or four-digit number displayed on the back of your credit card that ensures payment security on the internet. We will charge your credit card for the full invoice amount immediately after the purchase is completed or the order is placed.

 

PayPal

If you select PayPal in the ordering process, you will be forwarded to PayPal through the platform of our payment service provider. Here you will be asked to log in by filling out the user data. If the authentication is successful, you will be shown the amount to be paid and asked to authorise the payment. Once this has been confirmed, you will be directed back to the Ecolignum website, and the result recorded.

 

PayPal Instalment

Installment payments via PayPal are a product for consumers and are offered to them as an additional payment source as part of the payment process via PayPal. PayPal takes on the role of the lender. Accordingly, the decision on the level of interest rate, the approval of an installment payment and other conditions rests with PayPal.

 

Klarna

The principle is simple: you have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. This payment method is of particular interest for our motoric segment. It is also possible to choose a flexible payment plan and pay for your purchase in up to 24 monthly instalments using Klarna’s payment service. Each instalment will be due at the end of every month after Klarna has sent the monthly invoice.

 

Banküberweisung

When you choose to order via prepayment, you will receive an e-mail after completing the order with our bank details. In this email, you will also find the reason for payment (your order number), which you should give as a reference on your bank transfer. As soon as the amount appears in our account, we will start producing / packaging your purchase.
